Bulletin Board Guidelines

The Carl Junction School District provides a Community Bulletin Board on our website as a courtesy to share information about local events, programs, and resources that may be of interest to our students and families.

Expectations and Guidelines

  • Reminders: Families will receive a monthly email reminder to check the Community Bulletin Board webpage. Additional reminders will be posted periodically on the district’s social media pages.
  • Eligibility: Digital flyers will be accepted only from non-profit organizations offering opportunities or services for school-aged children and families.
  • Submission Process:
    • Send digital flyers to newsletter@cjr1.org.
    • Flyers must be in PDF format and ready to upload.
    • Include the organization’s name, contact information, and the start and end dates for publication.
    • The PDF file name you provide will be the name displayed on the Community Bulletin Board.
  • Content Standards: Flyers must be relevant to Carl Junction School District students and families and must comply with Carl Junction Schools’ advertising policies.
  • Duration: Flyers will be posted for up to 30 days or until the listed event date has passed. The district may remove postings earlier at its discretion.
