• At this time, your child will be placed on a WAIT LIST for preschool 24-25.

• Do you live in the CJ School District and have a child who will be 3 or 4 years old BEFORE August 1, 2024? Your child may be eligible for preschool for the 24-25 school year.

  · Developmental screenings for the 24-25 school year will be held in April. Screenings are the first step in the enrollment process.

  · Spots are limited! We recommend completing the interest survey as soon as possible; however, this does not guarantee your child a spot in the program. Placement can depend on the completion of the interest form and the availability of spots.

  We feel it is important for ALL children to have an annual developmental screening, even if you are not interested in the preschool program. Please call The Early Education Center at 417-649-5709 to schedule a screening appointment.

Requirements for preschool enrollment:

• Developmental Screening
• Copy of State-issued birth certificate
• Current immunization record
• Current proof of residency in the CJ School District -  must be dated within the last 60 days (i.e., utility bill in parent’s/guardian’s name, lease agreement or closing papers, government document)
• Official Identification of Parent / Guardian (state-issued driver’s license)
• $35 Enrollment Fee (cash or check – the amount is subject to change)
• Legal Documents / Custody papers, IF APPLICABLE

Additional Information:

• Parents are responsible for providing transportation to and from preschool.
• Tuition and snack milk prices are subject to change pending School Board approval.
