ASVAB(Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery)All CJHS students take the ASVAB before graduation. The ASVAB test assesses students in 8 areas including science, arithmetic, word knowledge, paragraph comprehension, auto and shop information, mechanical comprehension, electronics, etc. It will predict an ACT composite range and also includes an interest inventory. Students will receive their ASVAB test results and engage in career exploration activities that will link their interest inventory results, their test/ability results, and their educational goals.
