Beginning August 1, new student enrollment is available through our online system. If you do not have internet access, you may use our office computers. We will also be available to help you with this online process. You may schedule an appointment to bring in your required documents or to use our computers by calling 417-649-5715. If you need alternative options for the online process, please let us know.

Documents needed to complete the enrollment:

1. State-issued birth certificate for the student (If applicable, we can request this document from the previous school)
2. Immunization record for the student (if applicable, we can request this document from the previous school)
3. Parent photo ID
4. Utility bill in a parent’s name for proof of residency in the Carl Junction School District
5. If applicable, custody orders, guardianship designations, power of attorney documents, or similar documentation. Note: It is not the district's responsibility to enforce divorce decrees, parenting plans, or custody orders. The district seeks this information solely to determine who the biological parents are, who has the authority to make or participate in educational decisions, who may have access to student records, and who the courts have determined is safe to be alone with the child.
