    Beginning June 16, new student enrollment is available through our online system. If you do not have internet access, or need assistance, you may use our office computers to complete the enrollment. Please call 417-649-5715 to schedule an appointment to use a computer and/or bring in the required documents.

    Please click here to create an Enrollment account and complete the online New Student Registration forms for each child.

    Be prepared to upload the required documents:

    1. State-issued birth certificate
    2. Immunization records
    3. Parent photo ID (parent enrolling student)
    4. Proof of Residency - Utility bill (electric, gas, water, sewer) in a parent’s name dated within the last 60 days
    5. If applicable, custody orders or guardianship documents. Note: It is not the district's responsibility to enforce divorce decrees, parenting plans, or custody orders. The district seeks this information solely to determine who the biological parents are, who has the authority to make or participate in educational decisions, who may have access to student records, and who the courts have determined is safe to be alone with the child.
