- PowerSchool Parent Portal: Your PowerSchool Parent Portal is a different program than the Enrollment or Back-to-School Forms. You will need to create a NEW account the first time you log in. Your school office can provide the access codes and passwords for your students to add them to your Parent Portal.
- SchoolCafe and Payment Portal: Menus, student lunch accounts, free and reduced lunch applications are all in SchoolCafe. You can also pay Chromebook fees in SchoolCafe. Your school office can provide your student's ID# to set up your account.

We are so glad that you are here!
Beginning August 1, new student enrollment is available through our online system. If you do not have internet access, you may use our office computers. We will also be available to help you with this online process. You may schedule an appointment to bring in your required documents or to use our computers by calling 417-649-5715. If you need alternative options for the online process, please let us know.
Documents needed to complete the enrollment:
- State-issued birth certificate for the student (If applicable, we can request this document from the previous school)
- Immunization record for the student (if applicable, we can request this document from the previous school)
- Parent photo ID
- Utility bill in a parent’s name for proof of residency in the Carl Junction School District
- If applicable, custody orders, guardianship designations, power of attorney documents, or similar documentation. Note: It is not the district's responsibility to enforce divorce decrees, parenting plans, or custody orders. The district seeks this information solely to determine who the biological parents are, who has the authority to make or participate in educational decisions, who may have access to student records, and who the courts have determined is safe to be alone with the child.
