  Beginning June 16, new student enrollment is available through our online system. If you do not have internet access, or need assistance, you may use our office computers to complete the enrollment. Please call 417-649-5715 to schedule an appointment to use a computer and/or bring in the required documents.

  Please click here to create an Enrollment account and complete the online New Student Registration forms for each child.

  Be prepared to upload the required documents:

  1. State-issued birth certificate
  2. Immunization records
  3. Parent photo ID (parent enrolling student)
  4. Proof of Residency - Utility bill (electric, gas, water, sewer) in a parent’s name dated within the last 60 days
  5. If applicable, custody orders or guardianship documents. Note: It is not the district's responsibility to enforce divorce decrees, parenting plans, or custody orders. The district seeks this information solely to determine who the biological parents are, who has the authority to make or participate in educational decisions, who may have access to student records, and who the courts have determined is safe to be alone with the child.

Back-to-school registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open.  Parents will access the forms through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

NOTE: PowerSchool Portal Registration forms are NOT available on the mobile app. They can only be accessed by a web browser. Parents can use computers at the Enrollment Office—417-649-5715.

 Getting Started

• PowerSchool Parent Portal

  • Log in to your account
  • Select the student you wish to register at the top
  • Select the Returning Student Registration (2025-26) on the left-side menu
  • Agree to the terms and conditions
  • Begin Forms

• Don’t have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account?

   You must use a web browser to create an account – NOT the mobile app.  Computers are available for parents in the Enrollment Office – call 417-649-5715
  • Go HERE to create your PowerSchool Parent Portal account. Please follow the instructions below.
    • Click the Create Account tab
    • Click Create Account
    • Enter the information needed to create your account. Enter the Access ID and Access Password for each student. Your child’s school can provide this information, or you can or email enrollment@cjr1.org.
    • Click Enter
    • Check your email for a verification message and click the link within the email to sign in to your PowerSchool account within 24 hours of receiving the message. 
    • Enter your Username and Password to sign in.

• Where do I get my student’s Access ID and Access Password, which are needed to set up the Parent Portal?
