• CURRENT WORLD AFFAIRS

    This course provides students with a systematic approach to watching, listening, interpreting, and analyzing current events, investigative series, news specials, docudramas, and documentaries through the use of television, magazines, newspapers, and/or the internet. This is a discussion-type class where student participation is expected. Daily quizzes and/or opinion papers will hold students accountable for content. (One-half credit, one-semester or one credit, one year elective for grades 9-12.) This course may be repeated for credit.
