• SPANISH II

This course begins with an extensive review of the material covered in Spanish I. Interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational skills will continue to be developed. This will allow students to express their own opinions orally and in writing. They will also understand more detailed conversations and readings. Hispanic culture and traditions will continue to be explored. Spanish will be used as much as possible in both instruction and interaction. Assessments are both formal and performance-based. (One-credit, one-year elective for grades 10-12) It is strongly recommended that students who enroll in this course have maintained a “B” or above in Spanish I. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Spanish I.
